I’ve got a request to write an analytical report on the practical experience of three-year daily performance of the Lotus Flower spiritual practice, and in this introductory statement I would like to note, first of all, that analysis of such things implies a great responsibility. Not claiming anything, herein I only describe my own experience, for I view it vitally important to talk about the spiritual today. To many it may seem a nice metaphor – “talking about the living in a dead language” (as it was mentioned in the programs with Igor Danilov), but for those who have already touched deep inner feelings it’s a reality of “translation difficulties” along with awareness of the incredible simplicity of the entire PLAN. At that, despite all the written below, the spiritual practice itself is actually very simple. The only problem is that one might approach this simplicity via roundabout ways for years and even decades.
We have received a very interesting letter with a proposal to compile a sort of an Animal Nature Trick Dictionary on our website, which would further be developed and supplemented by virtue of practical experiences of our readers. This is a wonderful idea, owing to which we hereby start a new section devoted to the Animal Mind System study and entitled Sharing experience... studying the System (see the above Menu). This new section will somewhat coincide with the Catharsis section. Why? In order to analyse and possibly systematize the collected and reviewed material.
Herein we continue to collect evidence of the existence of the four human Aspects in the invisible energy and information structure of a human being. It is time to consider the Aspects from a purely practical perspective, therefore let’s refer to relevant description of the Chetverik meditation as given in the AllaRa book. According to the following paragraph, this meditation represents the first step to a conscious acquaintance with the Aspects, and on my part I can only add anyone can get acquainted with his or her Aspects through this meditation and accumulation of personal experience.

Dear Anna, let me express my sincere gratitude and assure you that your scribble is really, really needed, at least I do need it, and this already indicates its usefulness. You’ve noticed some points and shared them, and now not just yourself, but WE together with you know it, and this means we all have become spiritually richer. To me, this is what exactly means sharing knowledge with others. In my opinion, in such an unsophisticated and non-heroic way human society transformation is taking place: when a person, becoming honest with oneself, uncovers mechanisms of the System operation in order to share such information with other people. Although the phrase was being written in a totally different context, I fully understand, for the voice in my head whispers similar things to me as well: “Oh, give up all these unnecessary and endless writings. You haven’t even bathed in the sun this year. Go to the seaside”… Nonetheless, your article has prompted me to act, and this is what I am doing right now.
It happens so that I may be reckoned among those who at the initial stage of self-development make no headway for a long time, vainly trying to enter the Spiritual World by means of consciousness. To make it as clear as possible (hopefully, regular visitors of this website have already learnt to distinguish a real pear of that made of papier-mâché) I was trying to force my way into the Spiritual World by means of mind or Devil, just like the absolute majority of believers on the planet. Yes! I was making my way to God with Devil’s help! Probably, it’s the most shocking paradox by which our civilization has punished itself, having lost the Primordial Knowledge and plunged into the swamp of lifeless mental dogmata and distortions.
After reading the books by Anastasia Novykh, for two years I have been working on self-improvement. My progress is rather slow, but it is strongly felt. At that, you know, in the past I read many books on positive thinking and spiritual development, and thereafter I felt a desire to improve myself, too. However, my zeal lasted for just a couple weeks. Now I may conclude that only А. Novykh’s books have given me essential awareness that this life for us, humans, is the only chance to save ourselves, and another awareness I’ve got is that absolutely everyone can save oneself. I believe for the further spiritual development many Christians lack only this simple understanding.

However, nobody gives information on Mary Magdalene’s apparition in our days, although such event did take place and is recorded in Vladimir Lermontov’s book Delphania.

We have come to know so much over the last several years thanks to the knowledge brought into the world by Rigden Djappo. Books, TV programs, live conversations, talks in the circle of like-minded people, personal insights and spiritual experiences... As a result, today we already have an opportunity to look into the knowledge, verify it, and most importantly get convinced of what we are as human beings. Now we understand there are Soul, Personality, primary and secondary Consciousness, the four Aspects (Essences), and we understand the difference between them, although some five years ago, let’s recall, we had no idea even of the Aspects.
